ok so yesterday and today was really hard for me. While I was in the underground with my cousins they had to come and fill out a prayer card and the youngest one ryan didnt know what prayer was about. This was really hard cause i couldnt help to not cry cause i had to explain that God will help you through anything you are hurt about and i could just see it in his eyes that the death of his mom was tugging at his heart. I could barely say what i wanted because it was already hard for me to believe that God was helping me through it and i was trying to be strong for him. Then after church as we were getting in the car, ryan was like i am gonna say something funny to your mom..and then he was like "get in the car mom 2" I was almost on the verge of crying because it still isnt real to me. I guess my mom reminds them a lot of their mom (which isnt surprising). While we were in the museum my dad had suggested that we should have partners and ryan ran to me. I felt really touched but i couldnt help not thinking of his mom/my aunt and how much he reminds me of her. It was hard to tell myself that every thing happens for a reason. Cause i know it does but i just dont understand why he would take these young beautiful boys mom and leave them with such a screw up dad. Then today before they left my mamaw was like its time to leave and she was like you need to get your shoes on and your coat..and he like went behind the couch and hid and you could tell he didnt want to come home..idk its just soooo hard because i dont think my aunts death will ever become reality to me..so idk

stupid boy... you can't fence that in
stupid boy... it's like holdin' back the wind
so what makes you think you could take a life
and just push it, push it around
i guess to build yourself up so high
you had to take her and break her down
she laid her heart and soul right in your hands
and you stole her every dream and you crushed her plans
she never even knew she had a choice
and that's what happens when the only voice
she hears is telling her she can't

i don't want your boyfriend.
nobody wants your boyfriend.
that's why he's with you.
everything inside you knows that
there's much more than what you've heard:;
there's so much more than empty conversations filled with empty words.
and you're on fire when he's near you.
i got a first class ticket to a night all alone,
and a front row seat up right by the phone.
cause you're always on my mind,
and i'm running out of time.

i guess some people never grow up.
(hmm sounds about right)
so why don't you stay with me,
share all your secrets tonight.

you told me to leave you and never look back.
but if i wasn't supposed to look back,
then you wouldn't still be here;
staring me straight in the face as if to say,
"i'm exactly what you want but you can't have me."

if you love him, he'll leave you.

i'm just saying, you can't know who the person is. the person who will become your ultimate confidant, your soulmate, your lover. he may be the guy you've had your eye on for years, or he might be the guy next to you in torn jeans buying some parts for his motorcycle. whoever he is, he starts off at a stranger, so he could be anyone.

beautiful in a way that you never made her feel.
you ever look at a picture and see a stranger in the background? it makes you wonder how many strangers have pictures of you, how many moments of other people's lives we've been in. were we a part of a stranger's life when their dream came true, or were we there when their dreams died? did we keep trying to get in as if we were destined to be there, or did the shot take us by surprise? just think, you could be a big part of someone else's life and not even know it.
i never understood the reasoning for someone to "move on" from a relationship. it's not like you are really going to "move on", you are just trying to tell your heart to stop thinking about that person every second of every minute of everyday until it finally becomes routine and you don't notice it anymore.
i'm addicted to the horrible pain
of wanting someone so unattainable
You know someone is a true friend when,
you are about to break down & cry,
but they will say the stupidest,
most random thing just to see you smile. <3>

And just to know this feeling
I wanna feel through you tonight

STEELERS-BENGALS GAME PHOTOS
By Teresa VarleySteelers.com
The Steelers came out from the get-go looking like the team that was fighting for a playoff berth and never gave up until they played the role of the spoiler, defeating the Bengals in overtime 23-17 and crushing Cincinnati's playoff hopes.
The game turned into a shootout in the fourth quarter, with the lead continually changing hands. The Bengals had a chance to win the game in regulation, but Shayne Graham's 39-yard field goal went wide right, sending the game into overtime and giving the Steelers new life.
The Steelers would not be denied with a second chance, as they were not about to go into the off-season on a losing note. Ben Roethlisberger hit Santonio Holmes in overtime, and he took it himself into the end zone 67 yards for the game-winning touchdown.
"What a resilient bunch of guys," said head coach Bill Cowher. "This season hasn't unfolded the way any of us had envisioned. I thought today spoke volumes about the quality and character of this football team and the way they kept battling back, and that's what I will remember about this year."
Roethlisberger completed 19 of 28 passes for 280 yards, a touchdown and an interception. Willie Parker carried the ball 37 times for 134 yards and two touchdowns. Holmes had four receptions for 124 yards.
The defense gave up some plays in the passing game, but shut down Rudi Johnson and the Bengals ground game, allowing him just 47 yards.
"I thought we did a good job defensively," said Cowher. "We gave up some big passes during the fourth quarter."
The Steelers used a little bit of trickery on the opening kickoff, but it didn't get them too far. Cedrick Wilson fielded the kick, and after an 11-yard gain executed a planned handoff to Holmes, who was stopped for just a yard gain at their own nine-yard line. But the Bengals were a bit overzealous on the play, and Caleb Miller was called for a 15-yard unnecessary roughness call.
The offense got in gear quickly with Parker gaining five yards on the first play from scrimmage. Roethlisberger went to the air, hitting Hines Ward for eight yards, and then following it with completions to Parker for nine and Ward for 11 to the Bengals 43-yard line. It was back to Parker on the ground for gains of three and two, before Roethlisberger's pass to Ward was incomplete and the Steelers were forced to punt.
Carson Palmer came out firing on the Bengals first offensive series, testing Ike Taylor who started at corner in place of Deshea Townsend. But Taylor had good coverage early on, with deep passes to Chris Henry and Chad Johnson both falling incomplete. On third-and-10 Palmer hit T.J. Houshmandzadeh for 23 yards. Rudi Johnson was stopped for a one-yard loss, and then a short completion to Henry forced the Bengals to punt.
It was Parker who got the call on three straight carries, and then Roethlisberger went to the air, but without much success. His pass over the deep middle to Holmes was intercepted by Tory James and returned 28 yards to the Bengals 48-yard line.
A quick three-and-out put the Steelers back in the drivers seat, taking over at their own 10-yard line after the punt.
Roethlisberger hit Wilson for eight yards and then Parker carried it for gains of nine and 11 yards. It was back to the air with completions to Wilson for 14 yards, and then Ward for a nine yard gain. Ward added nine yards when he ran the reverse around left end. A healthy dose of Parker gave the Steelers first-and-goal at the one, and he took it in the end zone himself for the touchdown to cap the 15 play, 90 yard drive and give the Steelers a 7-0 lead.
The Steelers again got the ball back fast thanks to their defense and Roethlisberger hooked up with Holmes and Wilson to get the offense going. But it would stall fast, as Parker was stopped for a three-yard loss and then Roethlisberger was sacked for a loss of five yards.
It was the Bengals who would then come to life on offense. Taking over with about five and a half minutes to play in the half, Palmer hit Houshmandzadeh for nine yards. He came right back to Johnson for a 16-yard gain and hit Kenny Watson for 11 yards to the Steelers 19-yard line. Palmer went back to Houshmandzadeh for seven yards. Palmer threw the shovel pass to Watson, who went up the middle for eight yards to the four-yard line. Troy Polamalu then knocked was then knocked Johnson for a two-yard loss. Consecutive false start penalties pushed the Bengals back to the 16-yard line and they weren't able to go any further, having to settle for a Graham field goal going into the half.
The Bengals weren't able to get much going on offense to start the second half. A false start penalty had them picking up where they left off before the half. Palmer hit Johnson for a nine-yard gain, and was aided by an unnecessary roughness call on James Harrison who made the tackle. Johnson had an eight-yard gain, but on third down Mike Logan brought the pressure, forcing an errant pass to Johnson.
It was the same struggles for the Steelers offense to start the half. Parker had gains of five and seven yards, but that was about all they would get as they were forced to punt. The defense stepped up, though, forcing the Bengals into a quick three and out.
Both teams exchanged possessions again before the Steelers took over on their own one-yard line with a driving rain playing a factor. Roethlisberger was under heavy pressure in his own end zone, but avoided the safety with a 13-yard completion to Jerame Tuman. The Steelers then pounded it on the ground, with a combination of Parker and Najeh Davenport getting them down to the Bengals 26-yard line. Ward got the ball from Roethlisberger on a backwards pass, and looked like he was going to throw it, but took off running to the Bengals five-yard line. A taunting call on Willie Colon, though, backed the Steelers up to the 20-yard line. Roethlisberger scrambled for 11 yards for a first down to the Bengals nine. Parker then went up the middle and was headed for the end zone, when he fumbled at the two-yard line and Dexter Jackson recovered in the end zone for the touchback.
The Bengals would make the Steelers pay for their mistake. On second-and-one from their own 29-yard line, Palmer hit Henry in stride and he took it the rest of the way for a 66-yard touchdown, to give the Bengals a 10-7 lead.
The Steelers wouldn't be down for long, though. Davenport returned the kickoff 18 yards to the Steelers 37-yard line. Roethlisberger went to work, hitting Holmes for 17 yards and Dan Kreider for 15 yards. He later connected with Ward for 17 yards to the Bengals four-yard line. Parker then got the call and took it to the one, and came back one play later for the one-yard touchdown, putting the Steelers back on top 14-10.
The lead wouldn't last long. Palmer moved the Bengals down the field with completions to Johnson and Henry and then the Bengals were aided by a roughing the passer call on James Farrior and a 21-yard pass interference call on Townsend, giving the Bengals the ball at the Steelers seven-yard line. Palmer made the Steelers pay for the penalties when Palmer hit Tony Stewart for a five-yard touchdown, putting them back on top 17-14.
Not to be outdone, the Steelers marched right back down the field. Roethlisberger completed a 21-yard pass to Nate Washington and hit Holmes for 34 yards. He then connected with Kreider for 11 yards to the Bengals 17-yard line, but that is as far as they would go. Jeff Reed came on and his 35-yard field goal was right down the middle to tie the game at 17-17.
It appeared the team with the ball last would end up with the victory, and it looked like that would be the case for the Bengals who took over with 55 seconds left on the clock. Palmer got the Bengals in field goal range with a 47-yard completion to the Henry at the Steelers 20-yard line. Graham lined up for the 39-yard field goal, but it sailed wide right at the last moment to send the game into overtime.
The Steelers won the overtime coin toss and got the ball on their own 22-yard line. Parker ran for five yards and then Roethlisberger scrambled up the middle for six yards. Roethlisberger then hit Holmes in stride, and the rookie took it over 50 yards after the catch for the 67-yard touchdown to give the Steelers the win.
